The Immigrant Investor EB-5 Visa Program was created by Act of Congress twenty-five years ago to stimulate the U.S. economy through job creation and capital investment that is made by foreign investors in exchange for their being granted a U.S. Green Card. To qualify for a Green Card under the EB-5 Visa Program, foreign investors must make a substantial capital investment into a qualifying business or development project that is located in the United States.

Our primary business objective is to align the capitalization requirements of domestic charter school operators and certain other types of developers and entrepreneurs with the immigration goals of our EB-5 Visa investors. We accomplish this goal by coordinating the investment of foreign capital into real estate development projects and entrepreneurial endeavors in conformity with the requirements of the EB-5 Visa Green Card Program.
EB-5 capital may be invested in everything from small-scale entrepreneurial endeavors, such as fast food establishments, to large-scale commercial real estate development projects.
